Tri Amino Acids- Improves nitric oxide production, improves wound healing and recovery

Vitamins

B12- 1000 mcg daily x 7 days followed by 1000 mcg weekly for 1 month followed by 1000 mcg monthly for life.

Contraindications: cobalt allergy, Leber’s disease (hereditary eye disease)

 

B Complex- consist of thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, pyridoxine, biotin, folate and b 12. Dose 3ml IV or 2ml IM. 

 

Biotin- Dose: 5mcg-35mcg daily.used to treat male pattern baldness, great for breastfeeding mothers, hair and nail support. 

Contraindications: if taking anticonvulsants, biotin requirements may increase. Biotin can interfere with some hormone assays. May affect thyroid function test results. 

 

Folic Acid- dose: up to 1mg daily. Indicated for elderly who live single or institutionalized, pregnant and nursing mothers, smokers, GI issues, arthritis, women on contraceptive pills.

Contraindications: none

 

Glutathione- Dose 200-600mg IV. deficiency in glutathione has been linked to neuroinflammation, infection, cancer, alzheimer disease, parkinsons, HIV, CF, diabetes and even schizophrenia and bipolar

Contraindication: chemotherapy agents

 

Magnesium- Dose: up to 4g IV (we only give 600mg). Magnesium is required for proper growth and maintenance of bones, nerves and muscles. Also helps neutralize stomach acids and moves stool through the intestine. 

Contraindication: Renal impairment, myocardial disease
 

Tri Amino Acids- Dose 1-3ml as IV infusion. Promotes production of nitric oxide (NO) which increases blood flow and reduces blood pressure. Treats ED, decreases muscle soreness, boost exercise performance

Contraindications- dont take if you are taking nitrates to treat heart disease or are taking hypertension meds or ED meds like viagra. These can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.

 

Vitamin C- 2000 mg max dose.  Our bodies do not make Vitamin C. However it is essential to our bones, blood vessels, wound healing and immune system. 

Contraindications: history of kidney stones, renal impairment, G6PD deficiency.

 

Zinc- Dose: 40mg/day. Great for immune support, used widely during pandemic. 

Contraindications: risk of thrombosis, renal patients have high risk of aluminum toxicity
